Happiness Guarantee Details
The Bona Vida Happiness guarantee allows you to try any product with peace of mind, risk free. This guarantee covers the purchase price all of our Bona Vida branded products for a full sixty days following the original purchase date, minus shipping and handling.
However, please be aware we are unable to accept returns for custom orders, special orders, or drop-shipped items from third party sellers. Fully used products and empty containers are not eligible for refunds.
Please read the information below to best process your return and get your purchase price returned to you as quickly as possible.
Quick Steps to Process a Return
- Contact us to get an RMA number.
- Put your product in its original packaging if available and write the RMA number on the outside.
- Ship it to the Bona Vida warehouse address below using your preferred shipping method.
Bona Vida Return Process Details
Please contact Bona Vida to start the Return Merchandise Authorization process. You will be given an RMA number to write on the outside of your package. We can be contacted by calling 1-888-448-4302 or through email at email@example.com to get your RMA number.
Please return your product(s) in the original packaging using the shipping method of your choice. Bona Vida does not pay for return shipping at this time.
When Will I Get My Refund?
Once your returned product arrives at our warehouse and is processed, we will issue a credit to the same method of payment used during your purchase. For example if you used your Visa card ending in 1234, your refund will be returned to your Visa card ending in 1234.
We want you to have a positive experience with your return and will process your refund as quickly as possible. The return process usually takes 3-10 business days to complete after the product arrives at our warehouse. Some credit card companies may take longer to process your refund. This time frame is determined by your individual credit card company and is outside of our control.
I Don’t Have That Card Any More, What Now?
If your original purchase method or credit card is unavailable for the refund, a paper check will be issued through the mail. Paper check refunds may take an additional thirty days to arrive in your mailbox.
What If My Order is Wrong?
If by some chance we have shipped you an incorrect product, we will re-ship your order at our expense with apologies and tail wags. We do our absolute best to insure order accuracy, but we’ll make up for it if we make a mistake.
I Want to Cancel My Order
Please note that once your order is shipped and leaves our warehouse, we cannot cancel an order. We do our best to process and ship your order as soon as possible. If an order ships that you no longer want, you will need to follow the RMA process to return it to us once it arrives, and receive a refund.
I Ordered Bona Vida Online from Another Seller and Need to Return a Product
Any Bona Vida product purchased through Amazon or other online vendors must be processed through the purchasing website, please. Each online vendor has their own return policies and processes. Please contact your seller for appropriate next steps to get your return processed.
